Health and safety of our Guests

Health and safety of our Guests and Employees have always been our top priorities at Hotel Tritone – Lipari. Due to Covid-19 emergency, we have intensified the cleaning and sanitizing procedures, implementing the highest safety protocols in order to guarantee an highly protected environment, according to the guidelines shared by the World Health Organization and the Italian Istituto Superiore di Sanità.

Rooms

We have increased our sanitazing procedures (with particular attention to the items frequently used). Our rooms are sanitized with UV-C rays instruments, before every check-in. All sanitizing products used are medical devices

Restaurants

Our restaurant has been reorganized in order to prevent the risk of infection, but maintaining its unique atmosphere. We guarantee social distancing with our tables spaced 2 meters apart to help diners maintain adequate distance while seated. The reservation is always required.

Swimming pool and public areas

All our common areas and restrooms are sanitized more than once a day, they are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers. The social distancing is observed also at the swimming pool areas. Sunbeds and equipments are sanitized using eco-friendly products with low environmental impact. The pool water and the chlorine parameters are constantly controlled.

Air conditioning

Our Air Conditioning systems are continually treated with Ultraviolet radiation.

Personal Protective Equipments

Masks and sanitizing gel are available for Guests and Employees. Kindly ask our Concierge, if you need them.

Staff training

Our Employees are trained, following a constant training program concerning the preventive and protective measures for Guests and their own safety, based on Health Authorities directives Furthermore, they are periodically tested.
